Can I put my mug/plate/bowl in the dishwasher or microwave?
Most of our pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, unless IT HAS GOLD - then it is not. That said, hand washing is always gentler over the long term. Treat it like a little piece of art you use every day.
Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
We don’t offer traditional gift wrap, but everything ships beautifully packed and ready to gift. You can also add a note at checkout, and we’ll handwrite it for you — no robots, promise.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
Not custom, but yes to bulk! If you're interested in a larger batch for an event or gifting, send us a message. We’ll do our best to make it happen if we can.
What if something arrives broken?
It’s rare (we pack carefully), but if something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll make it right — no stress.
